If you are interested in living in our community, please complete an application online and submit the following to us for each applicant:
•A copy of your photo ID (ex. driver’s license, state ID, passport)
•Proof of Income (ex. your two most recent paystubs, an offer letter on official company stationary)
•$100.00 Application Fee, payable by cash, credit or debit card, or money order. Unfortunately there is no way to pay the application fee online.


 

An application is not considered complete until we have all the necessary documents, as well as the application fee. Please contact us to let us know that you are submitting an application, or if you have any questions about the application process at (860) 871-1620.
